Local boards

Boards created without cloud storage are kept in your browser's local storage. They remain on that browser and device unless you export, delete, or explicitly move them into a signed-in cloud workflow.

Accounts and cloud boards

When you sign in, Canvazor processes the account, authentication, billing, board metadata, and cloud files needed to provide the service. Read-only share links expose the board associated with that link until its owner revokes or rotates it.

Optional analytics

The marketing site can use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and which calls to action lead people to open the canvas. The analytics script is not requested until you choose “Allow analytics.” Your choice is saved on this device and can be changed below.

Contact forms

Contact Sales submissions include the details you enter and are used to respond to your request and manage the resulting sales conversation.

Your choices

You can decline optional analytics, delete local boards from the browser, revoke share links, and use the account controls available in the product. Contact the service operator for account-data requests that cannot be completed in the interface.
